Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition with 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in job postings, job portals, sourcing strategies, and recruitment tracking. Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets are essential. Candidates based in Hyderabad and available for immediate joining are preferred.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
Handle complete end-to-end recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Create and publish job postings on various job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain feedback records.
Manage salary discussions, offer negotiation, and offer rollout process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and candidate databases using Excel and Google Sheets.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates for smooth joining.
Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory).
2–3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Strong knowledge of job postings and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) and Google Sheets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Immediate joiners based in Hyderabad preferred.
