About
The Class Action Clinic at Windsor Law, the first of its kind in North America, provides specialized legal services to class members involved in large civil lawsuits initiated on their behalf. The Clinic, based in Windsor, Ontario, is run by law students, a staff lawyer, and a faculty director. It offers services such as assistance with claims filing, public outreach, and education. Serving clients across Canada, the Clinic provides support online, by telephone, through video conferencing, and in person for the Windsor–Essex community.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Summer Student role based in Windsor, ON, with opportunities for remote work. The Summer Student will assist with legal research, drafting legal documents, supporting class members in filing claims, and conducting outreach initiatives. The role also involves administrative responsibilities, communication with clients, and contributing to public education efforts regarding class actions.
