About
Responsibilities:
Enter and update product information accurately across online catalogs and spreadsheets
Maintain consistency in product data (titles, descriptions, attributes, images, etc.)
Perform basic research to verify product details or pricing
Assist in organizing files, product spreadsheets, and documentation
Communicate effectively and follow detailed instructions
Requirements:
Strong computer skills (Google Sheets / Excel, file management, basic web tools)
Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail — accuracy is key
Ecommerce or data entry experience preferred (Amazon, Shopify, NetSuite, or similar) is helpful
A positive and curious attitude; willingness to learn and grow. MOST IMPORTANT
Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
About You:
You're someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys structure, and sees every project as an opportunity to build skills. You're proactive, communicative, and not afraid to ask questions to get things right.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Shopify, Administrative Support, Google Docs
