Activity rate: 100% Project Manager Engineering Activity rate: 100% Area of activity: Naval What you develop: * You are responsible for the technical and financial management of the projects assigned to you in the context of our activities for the Naval sector. * You coordinate the studies, subcontracting, testing, packaging, and shipping to clients. * You are a key player in collaboration with our internal teams and our clients. * You are responsible for reporting (quality/costs/deadlines) internally and to the client. * You prepare estimates for the proposals of our future projects that will be assigned to you. What you bring: * You have an engineering degree in mechanical engineering or a related field in machine design (electrical engineering, software, robotics). * You have at least 10 years of experience in project management in the industrial field, ideally in the design of large-scale special machines. * You possess a strong technical culture that allows you to understand clients' needs, then guide and optimize the designs to be carried out by our design offices. Knowledge in the field of welding is a plus. * You demonstrate great autonomy, insight, and effectiveness in achieving objectives by optimizing resources. * Excellent in French and English (oral and written), you regularly gather your multidisciplinary teams to stimulate synergies and converge towards your project objectives. You have a proven experience in client management. * You are proficient in MS-Office software and are accustomed to managing projects with an ERP, ideally Pro Concept. * You are able to travel in Switzerland and abroad (approximately 10% of your time) to meet our clients and what we offer: Company with new projects and great challenges every day.
