REPORTING TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR
The Group Director of Strategy is responsible the day-to-day operationof their individual client group. In conjunction with the Managing Director, he/she will actively participate in the maintenance of standards for all the functions of their respective group including philosophies, systems and procedures.
He/she is also responsible for the administration of their group with respect to leading and conducting recruiting, performance evaluations, salaryreviews, career development and staff planning.
He/she is the key contact with senior client representatives on the business and is responsible for maintaining the client relationship and internal relationships with senior accountgroup and Broadcast Managers.

Fiscal accountability to senior management in terms of client revenues
Responsible for overall media planning process
Manage relationship with all key senior partneragency personnel
Creative and strategic involvement in all areas of clients' business
Accountability for providing strategicinsight into clientbusiness
Ensure qualitycontrol of StrategicPlanning process and principles of OMD Design have been applied in the media plan development process
Plays key role in agency strategic planning seminars
Ensure creativedevelopment and executionof plans/buys
Oversee trainingand mentoring of team
Responsible for timely completion of all performance evaluations for directreports
Ensure accurateand timely preparation of reports/analyses to clients
Fiscal accountability to senior management in terms of client revenues
Initiate and run departmental projects (training initiatives with vendors, new business involvement, etc.)
Assist in new businessdevelopment
Financial accountability of group
Foster strong relationships with senior clients,key agency personneland media suppliers
Increase revenueof existing clientbase
Further the growth of key media professionals withinthe group
Participate in Company run projects/initiatives
Embrace and communicate corporateculture amongst department
