Location: Canada-based (Remote-first with some travel, preferably Western Canada)
Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 CAD
Start Date: March 9th, 2026
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), with occasional weekend coverage required (approximately 2–3 hours per day)

The Role
NiaHealth is seeking a motivated, high-agency Sales & CX Coordinator to manage client communications, drive new D2C sales, and provide B2B sales support.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective D2C clients, responsible for pitching, closing accounts, and ensuring ongoing support needs are met with professionalism and care.
You will also help shape the B2C and CX strategy for the business, as we build the greatest client health experience in North America.
This role involves sales development representation & customer experience support. You'll handle 80% of incoming prospects, coordinate across teams, and ensure our clients always feel valued getting the best proactive health experience in North America.

As we scale, we are looking for a Client Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of relationship building, sales, and exceptional client experience. This role is central to our growth. You will be a trusted guide for prospective and existing clients, helping them navigate their journey with NiaHealth with clarity, care, and confidence.
What You'll Do
Sales & Growth (60% of role)
Own top-of-funnel sales: respond to inbound leads, schedule calls, and close accounts via SMS, calls, and email on Intercom, while ensuring conversations are properly tagged.
Confidently pitch NiaHealth's offerings and field client questions about our testing services.
Manage inbound social media comments & DMs from our social community about NiaHealth's offering.
Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and CRM development.
Support in selling and upselling clients to maintain a >15% MoM growth for D2C sales.
Client Support & CX (30% of role)
Deliver a white-glove service experience for clients, including invoicing, order management, fulfillment and coordination with partners.
Manage inbound client inquiries via Intercom, supporting lab requisitions, invoicing, and client data requests with precision and compliance.
Resolve conversations independently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Provide responsive coverage during required hours to ensure continuity of support.
Ensure a 1-hour first reply time for inbound client concerns & work with the team to maintain a
