Your Mission
Strategic Leadership & Team Development
Provide strategic direction to the Pharmacy Support team, building a high-performing and engaged remote environment.
Coach and mentor Pharmacy Supervisors, strengthening leadership capability, decision-making, and performance management.
Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused culture rooted in accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Ensure ongoing training and development aligned with evolving operational and compliance requirements.
Operational Strategy & Performance Management
Oversee national Pharmacy Support operations, ensuring efficient, standardized, and scalable workflows.
Monitor KPIs, quality indicators, and operational reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop and execute action plans to close performance gaps and optimize resource utilization.
Lead effective scheduling and workload planning to maximize service consistency and operational efficiency.
Operational Excellence, Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Analyze workflows and implement process enhancements to elevate service quality.
Champion patient-focused innovations that enhance the overall support experience.
Lead strategic projects, technology enhancements, and process redesign initiatives.
Maintain a forward-thinking approach aligned with industry best practices and evolving service models.
Compliance, Quality & Risk Management
Ensure all Pharmacy Support activities align with regulatory, privacy, and quality standards.
Lead root cause analyses and implement sustainable solutions for operational challenges.
Participate in audits, investigations, and incident management with thorough documentation and follow-up.
Identify and mitigate operational risks while reinforcing a culture of compliance and accountability.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Represent Pharmacy Support in cross-departmental initiatives and leadership discussions.
Partner with Pharmacy Managers and Teams nationally to align operational goals and patient care priorities.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on operational data and emerging trends.
Uphold BioScript's reputation for excellence through consistent, patient-focused service delivery.
What You Bring To The Table
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare support services, or pharmaceutical services.
3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and support services.
Proven ability to drive innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated leadership in coaching, conflict resolution, team building, and performance management.
Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking and change management capabilities.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multi-site priorities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
English proficiency required; bilingualism (French and English) may be required depending on role and location.
Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
