About
Your New Employer
Your new employer, Warrington Residential, manages a diverse residential portfolio across Metro Vancouver, with a strong emphasis on service excellence, operational discipline, and long-term asset stewardship.
This role oversees The Stories building, a large-scale, mixed-use high-rise community with over 200 residential units and a commercial plaza component. It is a dynamic, high-visibility asset requiring confident on-site leadership and a service-driven approach. With additional operational support recently added, this is an opportunity to step into a well-supported environment and lead from the front.
Your New Role
As Community Manager, you will be the on-site leader responsible for the day-to-day residential operations of The Stories. Reporting to a Senior Property Manager, you will oversee assistant and relief managers while working collaboratively with the commercial building operator to ensure the building runs smoothly and residents feel supported. You will manage move-ins and move-outs, inspections, tenant communications, service requests, and deficiencies typical of newer builds.
You will supervise on-site staff, support tenant engagement initiatives, and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent building standards. The role also includes coordination of receivables, invoice review, and organized documentation. A working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act is important to confidently manage routine tenant matters alongside licensed Property Managers. This is a Monday–Friday role (8:30am–5:00pm) with flexibility for occasional after-hours emergencies.
What Sets You Apart
You hold a degree or diploma in a related field, ideally supported by an RMTI certificate, PAMA Rental Building Management Certificate, ARM designation, or similar accreditation. You bring at least two years' experience in residential multi-family property management, preferably within larger or mixed-use communities. Hospitality experience is an asset.
You have a solid understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act and related regulations. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with systems such as Yardi Voyager and PayScan. You communicate clearly and professionally, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. Fluency in an additional language is an asset.
What You Can Expect
You will be stepping into a stabilized building with increased operational support already in place, providing a strong platform for success. Leadership is committed to finding the right long-term fit and values consistency, professionalism, and tenant satisfaction.
Success in this role is measured by resident experience, team stability, and the smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
