We are looking for energetic Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Baltimore, Maryland. This position is integral to our distribution network, ensuring the efficient handling and storage of products. You will be responsible for a range of duties including receiving incoming goods, stocking shelves, accurately picking items for customer orders, and preparing them for shipment. Physical stamina is important, as the role involves regular Lifting and movement throughout the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Unload and inspect incoming merchandise, checking for damage and discrepancies.
- Organize and restock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items based on order lists, ensuring correct quantities.
- Package orders securely for transit, meeting shipping requirements.
- Assist in maintaining an orderly and clean warehouse environment.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed, with proper training.
- Follow all company Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Utilize required PPE at all times.
- Support overall warehouse efficiency in our Logistics flow.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
- Capability to handle Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic inventory control and warehouse Logistics .
- Dedication to maintaining a high standard of workplace Safety .
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety instructions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
