You will be responsible for locating items within our warehouse, carefully packing them, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure product safety and presentation.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, meeting productivity standards.
- Apply shipping labels and verify order details for accuracy.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow within the logistics department.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail is crucial for order accuracy.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
