Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage.
  • Unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification may be required or provided).
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Perform regular safety checks on equipment and work areas.
  • Handle lifting of items up to 60 lbs throughout the shift.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proven experience as a warehouse associate or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a significant advantage.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and commitment to a safe work environment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of logistics best practices is beneficial.
