Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment, adhering to **safety** guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Utilize **PPE** as required, including gloves and safety vests.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving of products, adhering to safe manual handling practices.
- Contribute to the overall **logistics** flow of the distribution center.
- Follow all **safety** procedures and report any potential hazards immediately.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for picking and packing accuracy and efficiency.
- Load trucks for outgoing shipments, ensuring proper securing of goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform consistent **Lifting** of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to wear required **PPE**.
- Understanding of basic **logistics** and warehouse principles is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a **safety**-conscious work environment.
