Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Nashville, Tennessee! We are looking for energetic individuals to support our fast-paced distribution center. This role is fundamental to our **logistics** operations, involving the accurate and efficient handling of goods. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently according to customer requirements.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for qualified candidates).
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment, adhering to **safety** guidelines.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Utilize **PPE** as required, including gloves and safety vests.
  • Assist with **Lifting** and moving of products, adhering to safe manual handling practices.
  • Contribute to the overall **logistics** flow of the distribution center.
  • Follow all **safety** procedures and report any potential hazards immediately.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for picking and packing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Load trucks for outgoing shipments, ensuring proper securing of goods.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to perform consistent **Lifting** of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to wear required **PPE**.
  • Understanding of basic **logistics** and warehouse principles is a plus.
