Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate for our growing distribution center in Nashville, Tennessee. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, from picking and packing to shipping. Your efforts directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our logistics operations. Responsibilities include picking items from inventory using an RF scanner, verifying order accuracy, packing items securely and professionally, and preparing shipments for carriers. You will also be involved in receiving incoming goods, stocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. A strong commitment to safety is paramount; you must adhere to all company safety policies, participate in training, and consistently use required PPE. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, be comfortable with physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Use an RF scanner and WMS to manage inventory and orders.
  • Verify order details and product information.
  • Package items appropriately for shipping.
  • Receive and stock incoming inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and use required PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse duties.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in fulfillment or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with RF scanners and WMS is a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
