Are you a motivated individual with a passion for accuracy? Our fast-paced warehouse in Boston, Massachusetts, is hiring an Order Picker! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and staging customer orders for shipment. This involves reading order sheets, locating items within the warehouse, and ensuring the correct quantities are picked. You'll be navigating the warehouse efficiently and working as part of a team to meet order fulfillment deadlines. This position requires individuals who are agile, possess good attention to detail, and can handle moderate Lifting . We are dedicated to your well-being and enforce strict Safety standards, including mandatory use of PPE . This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our growing Logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product codes and quantities before and after picking.
- Stage picked orders in designated areas for packing and shipping.
- Maintain productivity standards and meet order fulfillment targets.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols.
- Wear all required PPE , including safety shoes and gloves.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Contribute to the efficient flow of our warehouse Logistics .
- Ability to perform Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Work collaboratively with other team members.
