Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order sheets or scanning devices.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and order details.
- Verify order contents against shipping manifests to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and company procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks to move inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet picking and packing targets.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to perform accurate picking and packing tasks.
- Experience with scanning devices or order management systems is a plus.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to following Safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and basic logistics.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
