We are expanding our team in Durham, North Carolina, and seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our logistics department. As a Receiving Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for incoming goods, ensuring that all deliveries are accurately documented and processed efficiently. Your responsibilities will include verifying packing slips against received items, inspecting goods for damage, and properly entering data into our inventory system. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring accurate stock levels. Safety is our top priority; we provide comprehensive PPE and regular training to foster a secure working environment. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this position. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, efficient, and committed to upholding our high standards in logistics. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Inspect goods for damages and report discrepancies.
- Enter receiving data into the inventory management system.

- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize appropriate PPE.
- Previous experience in a receiving or inventory control role.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory procedures.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
