About
We are hiring motivated Order Pickers to join our team at our distribution center in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from our warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to accuracy are critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our logistics network. You will work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced environment to meet daily picking targets. This position requires physical stamina and a focus on safety. We are dedicated to maintaining a secure and productive work environment for all our associates.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on customer orders, using scanners or pick lists.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Stage picked orders in the designated area for packing and shipping.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and put-away of incoming inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
