Job Summary:
Join our thriving team in San Antonio, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to contribute to the smooth operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, organizing and retrieving inventory, accurately picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. This role is fundamental to our Logistics network, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient operations. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, count, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Store and stack inventory accurately on shelves and in designated areas.
  • Fulfill customer orders by picking specified items with precision.
  • Package items securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear and maintain required PPE .
  • Assist in optimizing warehouse Logistics and workflow.
  • Contribute to team efforts and support colleagues.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior warehouse experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to perform regular Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and basic Logistics .
  • Strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to protocols.
  • Proficiency in using required PPE .
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts if required.
