Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize products within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper packaging.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear assigned PPE.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or product damage.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Capacity for consistent Lifting and moving of items up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Safety practices.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Must be able to wear safety gear, including steel-toed boots.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
