We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document any discrepancies.
- Safely unload and load trucks, utilizing appropriate equipment as needed.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (training provided where applicable).
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and security.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting, which may include varying temperatures.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
