Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all warehouse procedures.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Must wear provided PPE at all times.
