- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks – certification may be required).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stocking and cycle counting.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow all logistics operational procedures and company policies.
- Utilize scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times and follow all safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Report any safety concerns or operational inefficiencies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Experience with RF scanners and WMS is a plus.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
