Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specified requirements.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring careful handling of all goods.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and data entry.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of required PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as directed.
- Contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere and support colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks involving lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long shifts.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and safety practices.
- Knowledge of logistics principles is a plus.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
