We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina! This role is integral to the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is a team player, possesses a strong work ethic, and is capable of performing tasks involving frequent Lifting . Our commitment to Safety is paramount; all associates must adhere to established procedures and wear provided PPE . Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort and place received items into designated storage areas.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and stock rotation.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Utilize all necessary PPE as instructed.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and checks.
- Support the overall Logistics and operational goals of the warehouse.
- Ability to handle Lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Communicate any operational issues or concerns to supervisors.
