Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and internal procedures.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and system updates.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Keep the distribution center clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily operational goals.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational inefficiencies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of Safety practices and protocols in a logistics setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Willingness to wear all required PPE, including safety shoes and high-visibility vests.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management is beneficial.
- Must be reliable and able to meet attendance requirements.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
