We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Worker for our facility in Denver, Colorado. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring that products are handled, stored, and dispatched with maximum efficiency and accuracy. You will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving goods to fulfilling orders and preparing them for shipment. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is a key responsibility. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
- Stock shelves and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
- Support overall logistics operations and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Commitment to safety standards and procedures.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
