Customs Enforcement Officer

The United States Border Patrol is seeking qualified candidates to fill entry-level positions as a border patrol agent.

• This role involves detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, as well as preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens at or near the borders.

1. Making arrests and utilizing firearms in accordance with established protocols.
2. Gathering information through observation, examination of documents, and questioning suspects to support investigations.
3. Analyzing tracks, marks, and other evidence to determine unauthorized entry points along the border.
