- Contains many plugins and custom modifications
- Not well structured
- Currently buggy
Current Critical Problem
Our lead generation system is systematically not working.
This is a business-critical issue. We are losing leads and need someone who can:
- Investigate the full system
- Identify root causes
- Fix the issue properly (not just patch it temporarily)
- Ensure forms and lead flow work reliably
What We Need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience with complex and old WordPress installations
- Is confident working inside messy/plugin-heavy environments
- Can debug form systems, email routing, CRM/webhook connections
- Understands performance and plugin conflicts
- Thinks structurally and can explain what is broken and why
- Is proactive and solution-oriented
This is not a simple "fix one form" task.
We need someone who can dig deep and figure out what is really going on.
Paid Test Task
We will start with a paid test task:
- Diagnose and fix the current lead generation issue.
- We will provide:
- Full access (hosting, WP admin, database if needed)
- Description of what is happening
- Any logs or additional info available
- If you handle this properly, we are ready to offer:
ā Long-term / Full-Time Position
We need ongoing support for:
- Stabilising the website
- Cleaning structure
- Optimisation
- Possibly gradual rebuilding
