About

We're seeking an enthusiastic Instagram Growth & Influencer Outreach Assistant to elevate our men's skincare brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with our target audience, managing outreach to influencers, and implementing growth strategies to boost our follower count. If you have a passion for skincare and social media, combined with an understanding of influencer marketing, we want to hear from you Candidate should be able to create simple UGC-style Reels using a phone when needed (no professional production required). Please showcase your experience with Instagram growth tactics and outreach campaigns in your application.
Scope (part-time, remote):
-Contact micro-influencers daily
-Coordinate free product collaborations
-UGC sourcing
-Basic self-shot UGC when needed
-Collect and post Reels/content
-Reply to comments & DMs
Requirements:
-Experience growing Instagram pages in Canadian/North American Markets
-Familiar with beauty or skincare niche
-Able to work 1–2 hrs/day
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Instagram, Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, Social Media Marketing
