About

We're a tech-enabled B2B marketing firm doing fractional CMO work for founder-led companies.
We build systems with agents, sub-agents, and automated workflows that handle prospect research, content, campaign ops, and competitive intel. We need someone who understands B2B go-to-market strategy and execution, knows what great content and creative looks like, AND can build and run AI workflows right alongside us.
Example of Work
Across our brand and client accounts:
Full-funnel GTM planning and execution.
Online and offline. ABM strategies, audience targeting, campaign architecture, understanding what moves accounts through the pipeline
Content and creative direction.
You know what works on YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form video right now. You can look at a thumbnail, a graphic, a website, or an ad and tell the designer or video editor exactly what needs to change and why. You're not designing, you're directing.
LinkedIn content, YouTube, long-form video.
Hooks that land, thumbnails that stop the scroll, posts that earn real engagement
Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads.
Campaign structure, ad variations, performance reads, killing what's not working
Outbound email.
Sequences that sound human, subject line testing, reviving warm leads that went quiet
Understanding B2B audiences. Who the buyers are, how buying committees work, what signals matter, and how to reach them across channels
On the AI side, we're orchestrating multi-agent workflows that run prospect enrichment, content generation, monitoring, and campaign ops. You'd build prompts, test and improve agent outputs, and help figure out what to automate next.
What You Need
B2B GTM experience: You've built and run go-to-market plans across content, ads, email, SEO, events, ABM. You understand the full funnel, not just one channel.
A strong creative eye: You can brief designers, video editors, and web developers in their language and get better work out of them. You know what good looks like across platforms and you can explain why something isn't working.
Familiarity with the stack: Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads. Not expert in all, but none of them should be brand new.
You've built in Claude Code, Cursor, or similar. **This is a requirement.**
A sharp eye: You see a weak hook, a buried CTA, a lazy subject line, or a campaign burning budget on the wrong audience and you know how to fix it fast.
If you have the bandwidth, shoot over a message with what AI tools you're currently paying for and what you've built recently beyond basic prompting.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
