Most of our projects are residential/commercial (you can adjust this as needed), and accuracy is extremely important to us. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
What You'll Be Doing:
Reviewing drawings, plans, and specifications
Performing quantity take-offs
Calculating material, labor, and subcontractor costs
Preparing clear and organized cost estimates
Flagging any potential cost risks or savings
Communicating clearly if anything in the plans needs clarification
What We're Looking For:
Solid experience in construction estimating
Strong understanding of materials and building methods
Ability to read and interpret blueprints confidently
Experience with estimating tools (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc. is a plus)
Good communication and ability to meet deadlines
We value honesty, attention to detail, and someone who takes pride in delivering accurate work.
