Theyre looking for a confident, relationship-led
Territory Manager
to cover key areas across East Anglia, supporting independent retailers and growing sales across a thriving region.

What Youll Be Doing: As a Territory Manager, youll be the face of the brand in your area, developing retailer relationships, increasing product visibility, and driving commercial success. Expect variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact. Day-to-day includes:
Managing a portfolio of independent retailers across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and Essex. Delivering quarterly and annual sales targets in line with company goals. Building long-term, trust-based customer relationships through regular visits and great service. Supporting promotional activity and marketing initiatives in-store. Keeping your journey plan updated and ensuring CRM data is accurate and useful. Attending trade shows, training days, and quarterly sales meetings (with occasional overnight stays). Wed Love to See:
Previous experience in a field-based sales or Territory Manager role. Confidence using CRM and Microsoft Office tools to stay organised and report on progress. A full UK driving licence and readiness to travel across your region. Strong communication, problem-solving, and planning skills. A team-focused, can-do attitude
