Job Description:
Location : Hybrid
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Best Practice Consultant to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Best Practice of the Client Care Centre (CCC), the Best Practice Consultant will focus on insight discovery and the value realization of critical CCC projects and initiatives.
The ideal individual is eager to apply their problem-solving skills to complex CCC business challenges. They will leverage a strong analytical skillset to break down intricate situations, derive key insights from data, and develop actionable recommendations. This role requires someone who can effectively communicate complex problems and data-driven insights to diverse audiences across the organization.

What You Will Do:
- Analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
- Define, track, and communicate pre- and post-implementation success metrics
- Support the development of a single source of truth for CCC metrics across teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data
- Create well-documented and organized deliverables for leaders with clear findings, actionable results and data visualizations
- Collaborate closely with teams across the CCC and other departments to foster innovative problem-solving
- Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis on large datasets to derive actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making
What You Need to Succeed:
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proven experience in understanding complex business issues through data-driven approaches
- Experience in using data analysis tools such as Excel is required, Tableau is a strong asset
- Strong qualitative skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into business insights
- Adaptability and openness to change, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning and applying new tools and methodologies to solve evolving business challenges.
- University degree in a related field such as Commerce, Marketing, Mathematics, Science, Business, or Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position reports to a unilingual English-speaking manager outside Quebec.

Reliability Status : As a condition of the role, the successful candidate must obtain a Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance through Sun Life.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.
