Description The Leidos Intel sector is seeking a motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer to support the development, integration, deployment, and maintenance of pivotal systems for our mission. Join us to make an impact where it matters most! Primary Responsibilities: Proactive and positive self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills. Engagement in custom code development and reviews. Proficiency with GITLAB functionality, including navigating error codes and scripting. Utilization of AWS services and technologies, such as CloudFormation, S3, ECS, and EKS. Experience designing and managing AWS Serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, load balancing, autoscaling). Support for development testing activities. Competence in Python scripting for various applications. Familiarity with cloud-based architectures. Knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies and workflows. Development and management of CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of software development and sustainment practices. Use of team collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence. Basic Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph post-hire. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GitLab CI/CD. Familiarity with AWS Lambda and AWS ECS. Knowledge of troubleshooting, configuring, and deploying Docker containers. AWS certification (e.g., DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect). Experience with ArcGIS or geospatial technologies. Pay Range: Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00 This represents a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation.
