Workday Solution Architect

• Architect end-to-end Workday Financials solutions, including Foundational Data Model design
• Align deliverables across functional, integration, and data teams
• Engage directly with client stakeholders, from finance professionals to the C-suite
• Deliver impactful demos, discovery workshops, and strategic proposals
• Work closely with project and engagement managers to ensure alignment with technical requirements
• Conduct business analysis, run solution workshops, and configure Workday systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value to clients
• Mentor and support the development of junior team members

• Experienced in finance transformation, ERP, or Workday Financials (implementation or enterprise user)
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology with business goals
• Skilled in stakeholder management, including with executives and technical leads
• Strong understanding of integration architecture (APIs, middleware, legacy systems)
• Proven leadership of delivery teams, including offshore and cross-functional groups
• Comfortable presenting complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
