You are a law enforcement professional with experience in enforcing laws and making arrests. As a Border Patrol Agent, you will be part of our team that safeguards the nation's borders. You will inspect documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations, prevent and apprehend aliens and smugglers at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions.

• Detecting people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws

Candidates must possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level performing duties such as:

• Performing physical searches for weapons, contraband currency etc.
