**Job Description:**
I am looking for a skilled mobile developer to build a standalone, AI-powered fill light application for the USA market. The core concept is a hyper-focused utility app that turns the phone screen into a smart, customizable soft fill light for taking better selfies and photos in low-light conditions.
The app should be simple, with no bloat, and inspired by apps like "小猫补光灯." The key differentiator will be a basic on-device AI feature that auto-suggests optimal lighting (color temperature, brightness) based on skin tone detection.
This project requires a developer who can not only build the initial app but also provide continuous support for future upgrades, maintenance, and feature additions based on user feedback.
**Core Features:**
1. **Core Utility:** Open the app to an instant full-screen soft light with presets (white, warm, cool).
2. **Camera Mode:** A live camera preview with a customizable colored overlay that acts as a fill light. The overlay intensity, hue, and brightness should be adjustable with simple sliders.
3. **On-Device AI:** Implement a basic, privacy-focused AI feature (using TensorFlow Lite or MediaPipe) to:
- Detect a face in the camera preview.
- Analyze the skin tone.
- Automatically suggest or adjust the overlay's color temperature and brightness for a more flattering look.
4. **Monetization:** A freemium model. The app should be free to download with a basic light, with in-app purchases for "pro" features (e.g., advanced light patterns, more presets, ad-free experience).
**Technical Requirements:**
- **Platform:** Cross-platform (iOS and Android) is highly preferred. (React Native, Flutter).
- **AI/ML:** On-device machine learning for privacy and speed (no cloud costs). Experience with MediaPipe or TensorFlow Lite is a plus.
- **Key Functionality:** Experience with camera APIs, screen overlay controls, and adjusting screen brightness programmatically.

**Scope of Work & Deliverables:**
- **Phase 1 (MVP):** Build and publish the initial version of the app on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, targeting the USA region. This version must include all core features.
- **Phase 2 (Post-Launch Support & Maintenance):**
- Fix any bugs reported by users.
- Ensure compatibility with new iOS and Android OS updates.
- Provide ongoing support and be available for future upgrades (e.g., adding new light patterns, video light mode, or minor UI enhancements) on an hourly or milestone basis.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- Proven experience developing and launching cross-platform mobile apps (React Native or Flutter) on both iOS and Android.
- Experience with integrating on-device ML models (MediaPipe, TensorFlow Lite) for tasks like face detection.
- A strong portfolio of simple, utility-style apps.
- Familiarity with the App Store and Google Play submission processes, including creating privacy policies and app store listings.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide long-term support.
