About
We are seeking a skilled Border Patrol Agent to join our team of law enforcement professionals. As a Border Patrol Agent, you will be responsible for enforcing immigration and customs laws, as well as protecting the nation's borders.
Key Responsibilities:- Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration and customs laws
- Inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level performing duties such as apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
Qualifications:- Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position
- Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, candidates must be referred for selection before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03
