This position involves safeguarding national borders and protecting the country's sovereignty as a border security expert. Typical assignments include identifying and interrogating individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, examining documents and personal belongings to determine citizenship or violations, conducting farm checks, building inspections, traffic monitoring, city patrols, and transportation surveillance.
