La Résidence Grande Fontaine is a medical-social establishment with 84 beds, welcoming clients requiring long and short stays as well as day care. As a human-sized institution, we are committed to supporting residents daily according to the Montessori method while respecting their pace. To complement our support team, we are looking for: a nurse (80%).Your profile: Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent title. Previous experience in a medical-social establishment. Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary manner, to manage and support a team of nursing assistants and healthcare aides in daily tasks. Calm, reliable, versatile character with an open mind. Commitment, proactivity, team spirit. Sense of responsibility and priorities, proven sense of organization. Main tasks: Participate in the support process according to the Montessori method. Provide direct and individualized care to residents and support families. Participate in crisis and end-of-life care actions. Coordinate the activity of the unit with the deputy head nurse.
