We specialize in 1-on-1 outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy for all age groups and for any range of disability or injury, including many complex neuro-diagnoses. We are seeking a motivated, caring, and skilled professional to treat our growing pediatric, adult, and geriatric population.

*Job Requirements*
* _*All applicants must have a current or temporary license to practice speech therapy as an assistant in the state of West Virginia to be considered for the position.*_
* Previous speech therapy assistant experience preferred
* Previous experience with pediatric patients preferred
*Job Responsibilities*
* Apply research-proven techniques to treat speech/swallowing deficits as monitored by a supervising therapist and documentation review.
* Follow care plans using a variety of treatment techniques for patients of varying ages, personalities, or disabilities
* Follow treatment plans tailored to patients’ specific needs
* Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
* Maintain an interdisciplinary team approach when patient treatment necessitates the involvement of our occupational therapists
