Overview
We are SmartMesh Solutions, a Canadian based low voltage technology company specializing in IoT solutions, telecommunications infrastructure, CCTV, access control, and digital display systems.
Our current website
requires a complete professional redesign. We are looking for an experienced WordPress designer who understands UX, business positioning, and conversion strategy. This is not just a visual refresh. We want strategic improvement.
This will be an 8 to 10 page redesign while maintaining alignment with our existing brand style guide.
What We Need
The right freelancer will:
• Review and audit the current site structure
• Redesign 8 to 10 core pages
• Improve layout, clarity, and user flow
• Strengthen calls to action and lead capture
• Ensure full mobile responsiveness
• Improve page speed and performance
• Apply on page SEO best practices
• Deliver a clean and scalable WordPress backend
We are open to modern themes or lightweight builders if justified, but performance and scalability are critical.
Ideal Experience
• Strong WordPress design and development background
• Demonstrated experience redesigning B2B or technology focused websites
• UX and conversion focused mindset
• Understanding of SEO structure and best practices
• Ability to interpret a brand style guide and elevate it
• Clear communication and structured workflow
Experience in telecom, automation, construction, security, or industrial services is a strong advantage.

• Position SmartMesh Solutions as a technical authority in Eastern Ontario
• Improve credibility and trust
• Generate more qualified inbound leads
• Create a scalable platform for future service expansion
Timeline
Target completion within 4 to 6 weeks. Open to discussing realistic timelines based on scope and strategy.
Budget
