We are a SaaS startup seeking a full-time, long-term contractor to help drive high revenue growth in 2026 and beyond by building authority through ethical link acquisition and linkable content creation.

What We're Building
We are growing our organic acquisition engine by combining:
Content Generation: creating assets and outreach content that naturally attracts links (and supports placements like guest posts, partner content, and editorial mentions).
SEO link building: earning relevant, high-quality backlinks that improve authority and rankings.
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): helping our content become quotable and discoverable in answer-driven search experiences (AI answers, featured snippets, "best answer" results) through structured, question-focused content and credible citations.
Other Marketing Campaigns: email marketing, warm outreach, social media, cold outreach, and campaigns deemed helpful.
Required Skills & Traits
You likely fit if you have:
A strong desire to become an excellent SEO/AEO + link building professional and contribute directly to lead generation.
Comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment with weekly goals (and the drive to beat them).
Excellent writing skills (AI writing is not sufficient. You can write authentically with A's help).
Strong research skills (you can evaluate sites, topics, and opportunities quickly).
Technology savvy + able to learn tools and systems fast.
High attention to detail and the ability to take tasks from start to completion.
Eagerness to learn and improve (highly trainable).
A 4-year Bachelor's degree.

Contract Responsibilities (After 2-Week Training) May Include
Content generation for link building
Creating and/or assisting with:
guest post drafts and outlines
linkable asset drafts (how-to guides, checklists, comparison pages, statistics roundups)
pitch angles, short summaries, and "snippet-ready" answer blocks
content refreshes that improve credibility, clarity, and quotability
Optimizing content structure to support SEO / AEO (clear question headings, concise answers, supporting evidence).
Write authentically, not generically, with AI.
SEO + AEO link building execution
Prospecting for relevant link opportunities (industry sites, resource pages, blogs, partners, directories where appropriate).
Running white-hat link building campaigns such as:
guest post / contributor placements (where appropriate)
resource page outreach
broken link building
unlinked mention reclamation
content promotion to earn editorial links
Conducting basic backlink and competitor research to identify "link gaps" and opportunities.
Supporting on-page SEO / AEO improvements that strengthen linkability (FAQ-style sections, direct answers, clear structure).
Outreach + relationship building
Writing, sending, and iterating outreach emails/DMs to secure placements and partnerships.
Following up consistently and professionally.
Building simple, repeatable processes to improve response and placement rates over time.
Reporting + operations support
Maintaining tracking spreadsheets/CRMs (prospects, outreach status, replies, wins, links live, URLs).
Producing daily/weekly/monthly reports with key metrics and learnings.
Supporting related marketing ops as needed.
Full-time commitment: at least 40 hours per week.

Outreach systems (prospecting, pitching, follow-up, and relationship management)
Data-driven reporting (daily, weekly, monthly analytics and pipeline tracking)
Full-time ownership mindset: delivering weekly outcomes, not just completing tasks
Other Campaigns: email marketing, warm outreach, social media, paid ads, cold outreach. You may manage others to run some of these campaigns.
Your Growth Path & Compensation
This position has strong long-term growth potential:
Trainee (Foundation Level): $7/hour minimum
Level 1 (Entry Professional): $8/hour minimum
Level 2 (Intermediate Specialist): $9/hour minimum
Level 3 (Advanced Specialist): $11/hour minimum
Level 4 (Master Marketer): $13/hour minimum
Level 5 (Authority Expert): $15/hour minimum
