About The Role 

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will provide marketing and administrative support to the marketing department by developing, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and strategies. This role helps drive brand awareness, engagement and consistency across all communication channels. This is a permanent full-time opportunity located at our Head Office in Saskatoon, SK. 

Duties and responsibilities 

  • Support, assist, and execute in the planning and execution of internal and external events, conferences, and meetings across all business lines.
  • Responsible for the administration of the marketing department by fulfilling specific marketing tasks and providing administrative support; serves as departmental liaison with other departments. 
  • Coordinates sponsorships and event-related marketing support, donations, promotional items, marketing materials, and tradeshow logistics, including liaising with vendors to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Assists with the development, preparation, and distribution of internal and external marketing communications, publications, and promotional materials.
  • Provides marketing research support, including data collection, analysis assistance, and preparation of standardized management reports.
  • Assists with coordinating internal and external marketing events, including logistics, schedules, materials, and on-site support as required.
  • Assists with tracking event participation, expenses, and post-event information to support evaluation and reporting.
  • Assists with producing and preparing specified internal and external publications and other marketing communication materials. 
  • Ensures the Bank's website and digital channels reflect current organizational information and active marketing campaigns.
  • Maintains digital asset libraries and inventories of marketing materials and supports internal departments with branded templates and resources.
  • Assists in responding to inquiries related to marketing campaigns and the features and benefits of the Bank's products and services.

About You 

  • Experience in business marketing, communications and/or media 
  • Digital marketing knowledge 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and organize multiple projects 

You Must Have: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, with focus on Marketing preferred (or comparable education) 
  • One-year experience working in related marketing or communications role
