Property Litigation Solicitor - Bedfordshire - PQE: 1-4 Years Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (DOE) REF: Join a well-regarded and specialist Property Litigation team based in Bedfordshire, offering an excellent platform for ambitious solicitors looking to advance their careers in this niche area. This role offers exposure to a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes, working closely with the Head of Department while also handling your own caseload with support.Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise landlords, tenants, developers, and property owners on a variety of disputes
  • Handle your own matters, both independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Contribute to client care, business development, and team initiatives
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • 1-4 years' PQE in Property Litigation
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • A proactive attitude towards personal development and business contribution
