ISI is delivering a major infrastructure program to support the build of the RCD program. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Facilities Infrastructure to lead complex industrial facilities projects that are critical to production capability and capacity.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of facilities projects - from planning and design through construction and handover. You'll ensure work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while aligning infrastructure with production needs and corporate standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead facilities infrastructure projects end‑to‑end
  • Translate production and build strategy requirements into infrastructure scope 
  • Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and performance 
  • Oversee consultants, contractors, and multi‑discipline design teams 
  • Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders 
  • Provide technical expertise and timely decision support 
  • Integrate construction activities safely within live production environments
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering or Architecture + 10 years' experience 
    • Or Engineering Technology diploma + 10 years' experience
    • Or 15+ years relevant experience
  • P.Eng or PMP (or progression toward) is an asset 
  • Strong project management skills: scheduling, forecasting, risk, scope, performance 
  • Experience in industrial or operational environments is an asset 
  • Ability to lead design teams, review technical documents, and manage OEMs 
  • Skilled at stakeholder engagement and working in fast‑paced, complex environments

Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Please note this position requires a full-time, in-office presence.
