Epsilon is seeking an Associate Sales Development Representative to participate in our New Grad Program. You will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for the sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to grow their career in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring 5 days per week at our Irving (DFW), TX office. What You'll Achieve Impact:
You will work effectively to engage with prospects through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social to build rapport, understand customer needs, and convey the Epsilon value. Career Growth:
The opportunity to move up in your career within 12 to 18 months by achieving performance metrics such as, number of leads generated, conversion rate of leads to sales opportunities, number of outbound calls/emails and response rate from prospects. Epsilon's New Grad Program As a participant in the New Grad Program you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career at Epsilon. The Program is a one-year developmental program designed to support your transition from the classroom to the corporate environment and kick start your professional development. You will participate in professional and job specific training such as cold calling, conversational selling and learn a variety of sales tech platforms. You will receive formal mentorship and have the opportunity to network and engage with various associates from all levels in the organization. Who You Are What you'll bring with you:
The ability to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understand customer needs and requirements and how they align with Epsilon's offerings. Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Collaborate with internal partners to build networking opportunities. Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and web leads and convert them into opportunities. Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Why you might stand out from other talent:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related Business focus preferred 0-1 years of professional work experience with familiarity in a B2B environment Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Base Salary: $55,000 Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
