Responsibilities
The
System Administrator
will be responsible for owning, optimizing, and enhancing an already established HR and Talent Technology ecosystem, with a strong focus on
iCIMS, ADP, PeopleTrail, and Relias . This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Compliance, and Operations leaders to ensure systems are stable, scalable, compliant, and aligned with evolving business needs.
The ideal candidate brings a continuous-improvement mindset - leveraging existing configurations, workflows, and integrations to improve efficiency, data integrity, reporting, and user experience rather than rebuilding systems from scratch.
This individual will serve as the day-to-day system expert, managing enhancements, configurations, integrations, user access, audits, and vendor relationships across platforms.
Responsibilities include:
Identifying gaps Recommending system improvements Supporting compliance and credentialing workflows Translating operational needs into practical technical solutions
Success in this role requires strong platform expertise, comfort operating in regulated healthcare environments, and the ability to balance governance with agility as the organization scales.
Pay Range
USD $70,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.
