Customs and Border Protection Officer Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) team as a highly skilled officer. As a CBPO, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the nation's borders, enforcing customs laws, and facilitating legitimate trade and travel.

• You must be at least 21 years old but no older than 37 years of age (in accordance with Public Law). There are exceptions for veterans preference.


• Citizenship: You must be a U.S. citizen or national to apply for this position.
  The applicant must have been resident within the United States on other than temporary visas by being physically present in the country for three out of five years immediately prior to filing their application.(22)


• Educational background: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university OR
  equivalent experience which demonstrates that it has provided me with "knowledge of practices relevant to activities such as border protection"


• A valid driver license issued by any state or territory or district in the United States.
