About
Wiz Learning is seeking highly tech-savvy AI Instructors to deliver live AI upskilling programs to adult learners. Participants range from entry-level employees to middle management professionals across multiple industries who are looking to level up their careers. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands AI tools but can explain them clearly, practically, and responsibly to working adults.
Classes will be delivered both online and in person in Toronto from March through June, with possible continuation into the summer depending on program needs and instructor placement.
What You'll Do
Facilitate live AI upskilling sessions for adult learners
Deliver both virtual and in-person instruction in Toronto
Teach practical applications of AI in workplace contexts
Break down complex AI concepts into accessible learning
Foster an inclusive, engaging, and professional learning environment
Track attendance and learner participation
Provide feedback to the Wiz Learning team on learner needs and engagement
Contribute to curriculum refinement or development where appropriate
Ideal Candidate
Strong understanding of AI tools and concepts (e.g., generative AI, prompt engineering, workplace AI applications)
Highly comfortable with technology and emerging tools
Experience teaching, training, or facilitating adult learners
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Professional, reliable, and well-organized
Passion for workforce development and career advancement
Able to travel within Toronto for in-person sessions

Format: Hybrid (Online + In-Person Toronto)
Learners: Adults (entry-level to middle management)
Curriculum: Provided, with opportunities to contribute to development
Compensation: Competitive hourly facilitation rate (shared during interview)
